Here’s how to get the most out of your facial:

• Come as You Are: There’s no need to do anything special beforehand—just arrive with a clean face if possible. We’ll take care of everything else!

• Skip Exfoliating Products: Avoid using any scrubs or strong skincare products for a couple of days before your appointment. This helps prevent skin sensitivity and ensures the best results.

• Let Us Know Your Skin Goals: Whether you’re looking to clear up breakouts, boost hydration, or simply relax, share your skin goals with us. The more we know, the better we can personalize your treatment.

• Take a Moment for Yourself: This is your chance to relax and recharge. Our goal is to make sure you leave feeling refreshed and glowing.

Yes, a credit card is required to secure your booking. Your card will not be charged when you book online; it’s simply kept on file for our cancellation policy.

It’s best to come to your facial with a clean, makeup-free face if you can. This allows us to maximize your treatment time and get straight to caring for your skin.

If you’re coming straight from work or an event, no problem! We’ll thoroughly cleanse your skin as part of the facial. Just keep in mind that waterproof mascara can take a bit longer to remove, which may cut into your treatment time.

• Avoid Touching Your Face: Minimize touching your face to prevent transferring oils and bacteria.

• Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins and keep your skin hydrated.

• Avoid Makeup (24 Hours): Let your skin breathe and recover by going makeup-free for at least 24 hours.

• Skip Exfoliation: Do not exfoliate your skin for at least 72 hours post-facial to avoid irritation.

• Sun Protection: Use SPF 30 or higher when going outside to protect your skin from UV damage.

• Double Cleansing: Use an oil-based cleanser followed by a gentle water-based cleanser to effectively clean your skin without irritation.

• Moisturize Regularly: Apply a hydrating moisturizer to keep your skin smooth and supple.

• Avoid Heat and Sweat: Steer clear of saunas, hot showers, and heavy workouts for 24-48 hours.

• No Picking or Squeezing: Resist the temptation to pick at your skin to prevent scarring and infection.

• Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% charge of the service cost.

• No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service cost.

• Late Arrivals: Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to accommodate the next client. Unfortunately, we may not always be able to extend your appointment.

• If you need to make any changes to your appointment, such as rescheduling or cancelling, you can easily do so through your account on our online booking system. However, if you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, please reach out to us directly at amalbeautyesthetics@gmail.com.

At Ammal Beauty, we accept cash and e-transfer payments. Please note that taxes are not included in the listed service prices and will be added when you check out in person at the studio.
